  1. How can one become a member?
    1. Property Managers and Affiliate Members (vendors) can join through this link: https://narpmacc.org/join
  2. What is the cost to join?
    1. The fee for Property Managers is $575
    2. The fee for Affiliate Members is $650
  3. Is the cost prorated if one joins in the middle of the year?
    1. Yes. Our membership period is from July 1 - June 30. Once an application is submitted, you will receive a link with the prorated amount (if applicable) to pay membership dues.
  4. What benefits are included as part of membership?
    1. Monthly meetings held at a private venue that offers buffet style lunch, guest speakers that cover relevant topics including fair housing, legal updates, landlord insurance, changes affecting property managers, and many more. Additional benefits are networking opportunities and raffle prizes to conclude each meeting. 
  5. Can one attend a meeting without becoming a member?
    1. Yes. Guest attendees can attend all meetings without becoming a member. There is a $65 fee for each meeting which goes towards lunch and the guest speaker. 
  6. Can one become a member of the local NARPM chapter without becoming a member at the National level?
    1. No. National requires membership at the National level in order for property managers to join at the local level. https://www.narpm.org/join/
  7. What are the costs and benefits for an Affiliate Member to sponsor a meeting? 
    1. Affiliate members are provided the opportunity to give a 3-5 minute presentation about their business to the members. The fee to present is $150 (members) with lunch included, and $250 (non-members) plus $65 for lunch. We also market their company on our website and meeting invitation.
